How to request a refund

To start, email us at support@quvory.com with your order number. We'll confirm your refund right away. Because this is a consumable product, in most cases you won't need to send anything back at all.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
