Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
after your order confirmation. You'll receive a notification with tracking once your
order has shipped.

Shipping Times & Rates
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your
location. Free shipping on all orders.

Please note: delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs
delays outside our control.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't

Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is lost in transit, contact us at
